September 13, 2017: City of Lansing Lunch n' Plan and Planning in the Neighborhood
Lunch n' Plan and Planning in the Neighborhood
On September 13, 2017, the City of Lansing held two Shaping the Avenue events. From 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. the Shaping the Avenue team held an open house at City Hall to exhibit a summary of input from the previous month’s Michigan Avenue street design events, as well as preview the citywide Form-Based Code. In the afternoon, the Shaping the Avenue team moved to Allen Farmers Market from 4-7 p.m. where community members gave feedback on the interactive districts map, streetscape aesthetics, and reacted to design alternatives for Michigan Avenue.
